ANOTHER SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INDIAN STUDENTS

Scholarships for Indian Students

Indian students seeking financial aid in order to study abroad, may apply to the following organisations and trusts, both Indian as well as International, for scholarships or fellowships as the case may be. Almost all aid programs are either need-based, merit based or a combination of both. Click on the links to go to the official scholarship pages.

J.N. Tata Scholarship program

This program is open for Indian graduates in any field for further studies abroad.

Inlaks Foundation Scholarships

These scholarships aim at helping talented young individuals by providing aid for further studies abroad.

The Paul Foundation

The Paul Foundation Scholarships are given to Indian Students who wish to pursue higher (post graduate) studies in India or abroad. Applications are available from their website.

Bharat Petroleum Scholarships

Bharat Petroleum offers scholarships to Indian students for Higher Studies abroad.

Debesh-Kamal Scholarships

The Debesh Kamal scholarships are awarded by the Ramakrishna Mission, Institute of Culture, Kolkata. The aim is to help Indian students pursue higher studies abroad.

The De Souza Trust, Goa Scholarship 2004

This Scholarship program gives Students of Goan origin, the chance to pursue higher studies or training in the UK.

The Felix Scholarships 2004

There are 6 Felix scholarships open to Indian students who wish to pursue postgraduate studies at either the University of Oxford, the University of Reading, the Univesity of London or the School of Oriental & African Studies.

The Charles Wallace India Trust

This trust awards Indian students both full as well as partial scholarships for postgraduate studies in the UK.

The Gates, Cambridge Scholarship

Through the Nehru Trust for Cambridge University, Indian students can apply for the Gates scholarship for postgraduate studies at Cambridge University
